The enclosed garden is pretty with some mature trees, shrubs and flower beds. It is a garden to lounge and relax in (sorry, no ball games allowed, the flowers don't like it), with a patio area as well as grassed areas to choose from, and plenty of garden furniture to move around where you like, apart from the BBQ, of course.
A new pool & enclosure with surrounding deck and terrace was added recently.
There is just one more property after ours and the road ends here, so there is little traffic.
You will find an abundance of bird life and interesting insect life with some beautiful butterflies - we regularly see swallowtails here. The animal life is rich and varied, as you would expect from such a pastoral area and deer are often spotted in the surrounding meadows.
