The open plan ground floor has a kitchen area with microwave, gas cooker with oven, fridge, washing machine and is well stocked with china, cutlery and cooking utensils etc.

The dining table seats 6, and there is a 3-piece suite, CD player, satellite TV, and a wood burning fire.

Stairs lead to a good size landing area with a lovely view of the open countryside. The w.c./shower room is on this level, along with one of the double bedrooms. Further stairs lead to the two single bedrooms and the other double.

During the winter months, the bedrooms are heated by electric radiators, whilst the wood burning fire keeps the downstairs cosy.
