Booking Terms and Conditions

A booking, when confirmed, constitutes a contract, which makes you liable for part or full rental if you cancel your holiday for any reason.

You may wish to take out an appropriate holiday insurance policy to protect yourself against possible cancellation issues. Many of these are available at low cost.

N.B. Cancellations must be notified in writing by the person who made the booking. In the event of cancellation for any reason, the deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellations made 4 to 6 weeks prior to commencement will forfeit 60% of the total cost.
Cancellations made 2 to 4 weeks prior to commencement will forfeit 80% of the total cost.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to commencement will forfeit 100% of the total cost.

Refundable Guarantee Deposit

A guarantee deposit of £80 is charged to cover breakage, damage, losses suffered or excessive cleaning requirements. Payment may be made by UK cheque or cash, on arrival, and will be returned (subject to any deduction necessary) within 2 weeks of your departure. Any damage to the property or contents should be reported to the owners, or their representative, before departure.
